Shipping
We offer complimentary insured standard shipping on all U.S. orders. In-stock jewelry typically ships within 1–2 business days, and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday (excluding holidays). Standard domestic delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, shown at checkout. Made-to-order and customized jewelry may require additional production time.
We ship internationally to eligible destinations, with rates calculated at checkout. International shipments are insured for their full merchandise value under our shipping insurance coverage, subject to the terms of that coverage. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes and fees. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
A signature may be required upon delivery, particularly for higher-value shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
Standard catalog jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unworn and shows no signs of wear, damage or alteration
- The item is returned in all original packaging with proof of purchase
A standard catalog item does not become final sale because it is temporarily out of stock or requires normal production time.
Please contact us at marinamjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason before returning an item; returns require prior authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. If your item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange the return with you.
Exchanges are available for eligible items, subject to availability and prior authorization. If a direct exchange isn't possible, we may process a return and a new purchase.
Final sale: personalized, engraved, resized, altered and custom-designed jewelry; special-order merchandise sourced specifically for a customer; items designated as final sale; and gift cards. Final-sale status is disclosed before purchase.
Returns are inspected upon receipt before a refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
